Mr. Abdelhak El Aiassi
The General Prosecutor at the commercial court of appeal in Casablanca and the President of the Hassania Association of judges Mr. EL Aiassi held various judiciary positions: president of the 6th criminal chamber at the Supreme Court, first vice president of the Court of Appeal of Casablanca in charge of supervision and monitoring, investigating judge at the Court of Appeal of Casablanca, president of the social chamber at the Court of First Instance of Casablanca and deputy general prosecutor at the Court of First Instance of Khemisset. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. EL Aiassi is active in several civil society associations. He was the secretary general of the Moroccan Royal Federation of Youth Hostels, a delegate of "Attofoula Achaâbia" movement and vice president of the African Union of Youth Centers and president of Al Wifak association. In addition to his contributions to the development of the Judicial Ethics Charter, Mr. El Aiassi contributed to several publications including two reviews, one published to celebrate the Woman Judge Day, and the other on the Royal speech on the reform of justice, as well as a review on judicial-legal issues.
