CNDH holds its 5th plenary session
The National Human Rights Council (CNDH) will hold its 5th plenary session on Saturday, July 20, 2013, in Casablanca.Scheduled for the fifth session are CNDH’s two memorandums on the organic law relating to the Statute of Judges and on the Advisory Council for Youth and Community Action (created under the 2011 Constitution). CNDH’s new founding law and its annual report (March 2011-December 2012) are scheduled for this session as well.
CNDH is an independent national human rights institution, in full compliance with the Paris Principles, adopted by the UN General Assembly in 1993. Under its current founding law, it holds four plenary sessions a year, at most.
